This is a crystal healing layout for women and as most women know these conditions can be very trying and they can often be worsened by emotions and physical blockages and also by lack of understanding on other people’s part.

Moonstone Healing crystals are probably the very best healing crystals for this layout but Dark Opal also has similar qualities and can be used to ease cramps in a very short time. It is handy to keep a piece of Dark Opal in your pocket during these times. Chrysocolla and Magnesite are also useful crystals during this time. Again just go with your intuition when choosing crystals.

For this crystal healing layout you will need:

5 Moonstone Crystals (or whatever crystal you decided to use)

You need to place one healing crystal at the Crown Chakra

Place one healing crystal on each shoulder as per diagram

Place one healing crystal on each side of the Base Chakra in the hip area (as per diagram)

Get the person who is receiving the Chakra Healing Layout to lay on a mat on the floor. There is no need for them to get undress, although if they have a coat or jacket they may like to remove it for comfort. Also if they are wearing a belt, again they may like to loosen it as well. Ensure that they are comfortable.
Gently place the Crystals on the client as shown in the diagram.

We often need to calm our minds and hearts, stress can be on of the reasons, feeling unhappy, emotional imbalance. Sometimes we find ourselves crying and cannot stop at others we find that we cannot stop thinking about something and we also find that sometimes we cannot move onto other things. This crystal healing layout will be of great benefit in these times.

For this layout you will need

4 Clear Quartz Healing Crystals

1 Citrine Healing Crystal

1 Rose Quartz Healing Crystal

1 Amethyst Healing Crystal

Place the Amethyst healing crystal at the Third Eye Chakra

Place the Rose Quartz at the Heart Chakra and then place the four Clear Quartz crystals around the Rose Quartz one at corner as per diagram

And Place the Citrine Healing Crystal at the Base Chakra
Get the person who is receiving the Chakra Healing Layout to lay on a mat on the floor. There is no need for them to get undress, although if they have a coat or jacket they may like to remove it for comfort. Also if they are wearing a belt, again they may like to loosen it as well. Ensure that they are comfortable.

Use this layout when physical, emotional or mental healing is needed. You can stay in this layout a little longer than you normally would if you feel like it. Amethyst is a versatile healing crystal and can be used for a number of different ailments.

You will require Eight Amethyst Healing Crystals for this layout if there is a specific physical problem that you wish to heal you can replace some of the Amethyst Healing Crystals with a more appropriate healing crystal.

Place one Amethyst Healing Crystal at the Crown Chakra

Place one Amethyst Healing Crystal outside of the body one at each shoulder (as per diagram)

Place One Amethyst Healing Crystal outside of the body one at each hip (as per diagram)

Place one Amethyst Healing Crystal outside of the body one at each knee (as per diagram)

Place one Amethyst Healing Crystal at the Earth Chakra position (as per diagram)

This layout will help align the spinal column

YOU WILL NEED:

Two Magnetic Hematite and Three Non-Magnetic Hematite.

CHECK THE CAUTIONS FOR MAGNETIC HEMATITE.

You can use all Non-Magnetic Hematite if you prefer. I would not use four Magnetic Hematite though. As they will tend to move together if you wish to use Magnetic Hematite then use one Non-Magnetic Hematite one Magnetic Hematite one Non-Magnetic Hematite one Magnetic Hematite and one Non-Magnetic Hematite so as to negate the magnetic energy pull between crystals.

Have the client lie on the stomach, fully clothed allow them to remove a belt if they feel that it could be uncomfortable.

Place one Magnetic Hematite Crystal at the Top of the Spine
and the other at the Base of the Spine.
Place the remaining three Hematite crystals as follows
One over the Heart Chakra,
One over the Solar Plexus Chakra
One over the Sacral Chakra.

HOW TO USE CRYSTALS WITH STAR SIGNS:

Because we already posses the qualities, positive and negative of the Star Sign that we were born under, you would not usually pick one of the Healing Crystals listed under you own Star Sign.

Normally we want to bring the positive attributes that we do not get from our own astrological Star Sign and also ones that will counteract the less attractive attributes associated with our own sign. We would pick Healing Crystals from the Astrological Sign that has the qualities that we desire to incorporate into our lives.

Sagittarius governs the Hips Thighs and Sacral Area. Sagittarius people maybe prone to some of the following health concerns:

Accidents with Animals, Accidents with Fire and Heat, Ailments of the Hips and Thighs, Rheumatism, Sciatica, Poor Hair, Nails.

As a Sagittarian, some of the negative qualities that you may have could be;

This Crystal Healing layout is for those times when you are not feeling quite right and you cannot put your finger on the reason. It is also good for when you need a lift or are feeling disorientated.

The Following healing crystals will help alleviate these feelings. There are others but these are probably the most used.

You will need
Turquoise healing crystal
Lapis Lazuli healing crystal
Clear Quartz Crystal
Smokey Quartz Crystal

Place the clear quartz crystal on the Crown Chakra Place the Lapis Lazuli on the Third Eye Chakra Place the Turquoise on the Solar Plexus Chakra and place the Smokey Quartz below the Base Chakra between the thighs as shown on the diagram.

Amethyst is a great crystal for headaches and migraines. It relieves the pain quickly by freeing up blockages and allowing the energy to flow.

YOU WILL NEED:

Eight Amethyst crystals, try to get flat ones as they are less inclined to move while on the client. You will notice that I place an Amethyst crystal in the palm of each hand and one at the base of each foot, the hands I have found that with headaches the hands usually become tense and sometimes sweaty particularly in the case of migraines, placing the crystals here has proven to be very beneficial for clients.

The ones at the feet are optional, I like to use them as all the meridians finish in the feet and as there are various causes of headaches this is the best way to cover whatever may be causing the headache. Again remember use your instincts in crystal layouts if you wish to place a crystal somewhere do so, remember have faith and trust in yourself.
